The Gunners' 10-game victorious streak was ended by Sunderland before the global break, however will the Premier League leaders bounce back against north London rivals Tottenham this weekend?
"{I believe like Arsenal are light years ahead of Tottenham currently but Spurs manager Thomas Frank will have a strategy for this game," remarked football expert Chris Sutton.
"Frank will attempt to nullify Arsenal, who have not always been at their sparkling best this campaign - but Mikel Arteta's side usually still manage to win."
Sutton is making predictions for all 380 Premier League fixtures this term, against AI, fans and a variety of guests.
For the twelfth round, he takes on singer Olly Murs, who is a Manchester United fan.
The singer's new record, the new release, is out on Friday.
Olly is a talented soccer player as well as a successful artist and has been a featured player of multiple charity football matches over time - but he is not planning a professional comeback as a footballer.
"{I recently played in a charity game the other evening for a mate of mine," he said. "The team was trailing 3-1 when I came off in the 60th minute, and they proceeded to win 4-3, so you can read into that what you will!
"I continue to love football, but I hurt my knee a few years ago and it still hasn't fully recovered. I wish I could play more but the uncertainty of the game means it's too dangerous for me in my career to do it seriously again.
"Plus I am 41 now, and we are not all Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very content not playing football and I am preparing for the moment that my child or boy chooses to play instead."
The singer and his spouse Amelia Tank have two children, their daughter and Albert, and he is ready to follow in his father's footsteps by becoming their coach.
"I will not push football on our kids but I've previously told Amelia that if they do get the passion for it then I will have to go and get my coaching badges - and I will likely be coaching their Saturday football side," he said.
"I watched my nephews play a lot, and I truly got into it, and I obviously owned a soccer team for a while too.
"My father coached with us when I was a kid, which is likely where I get it from. He managed our team for several seasons and had great fun with it. That might be the future for me as well, and I am excited to it!"
Chelsea might have to wait a bit longer for Cole Palmer's comeback from fitness issues but their offense is now more potent with Pedro and Delap both back fit.
In my opinion this game will be quite tight, though. The Clarets are well organised and their sole home defeats so far have been against Liverpool and Arsenal.
This suggests a one-all tie to me, but I am in fact going to go with Chelsea to edge it for what would be their third Premier League win in a row.
The expert's forecast: 1-2
The singer's pick: Chelsea will be superior. 1-3
Artificial intelligence's outlook: 0-2
Bournemouth have been defeated in their previous couple games - albeit both of them were away - but they got absolutely spanked by Aston Villa last time out which shocked me.
On the other hand, the Hammers secured back-to-back victories before the international break and, although both of those games were at their stadium, they appear strong again.
West Ham's only on the road win this campaign came at Nottingham Forest in August, when their boss Nuno Espirito Santo was still Forest coach.
Therefore, what on earth do I predict here - can West Ham continuing their run under Nuno, or Bournemouth bouncing back?
I will choose the Cherries, because I think what happened against Aston Villa was a blip.
Sutton's forecast: 2-0
Olly's outlook: Bournemouth are doing well but the visitors have picked up under their boss. 2-2
The algorithm's pick: 1-1
Brentford were considered one of the frontrunners for the drop before the season started, but they have impressed a few observers under their manager and are in fine fettle with three wins in their past four matches.
A family member told me to get Bees forward Igor Thiago in my Fantasy Football squad a few weeks back and, guess what, I ignored the advice.
Thiago will likely score again on Saturday but I am nonetheless not going to select him or back Brentford at Amex Stadium.
The Bees have not had much fortune on the travel this season, and the Seagulls are always decent at their stadium. The visitors will try to hit them on the break but I feel the home manager's team pose much more of a threat.
Sutton's prediction: 2-1
Olly's view: It could be a match where you think there is going to be a many goals but it in reality proves to be quite close. 1-1
The computer's prediction: 2-1
It is a massive game for Fulham, who have suffered defeat in five of their last six matches.
They have got plenty of quality in their team but it still seems like they could be sucked into a drop zone fight.
Regarding Sunderland, indeed they are the unexpected success of the top flight campaign so far.
Their display in the two-all draw with Arsenal last time out was excellent. We have not witnessed anyone else disrupt the North London side like that this term, and they were more than a match for them.
The sensible thing would be to support the Black Cats here, because they are clearly capable of roughing the hosts up too and, the last time they were in west London, they beat Chelsea at the close of last month.
But I am not choose that. Rather, I truly need to continue going against the away team with my forecasts. I am taking a lot of credit for their good outcomes because they evidently love to defy my predictions.
Considering Fulham's home record, the only side they have lost to is Arsenal. Marco Silva's team will be absolutely desperate for a positive outcome, so I am going to say they will secure three points.
Sutton's forecast: 1-0
The guest's prediction: I know Sunderland are performing strongly and also that Fulham are on a bad run... but Fulham have still been decent at home this campaign. 2-0
AI's outlook: 2-0
This is a hard fixture to call. Liverpool have suffered seven of their last ten games in all competitions, but could they be one of the sides who profit from the {international break|
